Data Recipients Personal data may be made available to entities authorized under the provisions of law as well as to IT service providers processing data on behalf of OPTIMA Dariusz Jarzębski based on relevant contracts.

Storage period Personal data processed by the controller will be stored for the duration of electronic correspondence and then for archival purposes for the period specified in the office instruction of the controller.
